All standard licenses strictly prohibit the use of our recordings in connection with artificial intelligence, machine learning, dataset aggregation, or generative systems.
This includes, without limitation:
- Model training or fine-tuning
- Dataset ingestion
- Feature extraction or acoustic modeling
- Neural resynthesis or generative audio systems
- Retrieval-augmented systems
- Synthetic sound cloning
- Blockchain-based tokenization of raw recordings
We recognize that responsible AI development is an evolving field. For this reason, AI and machine learning usage may be licensed under a separate commercial agreement.
AI licensing is:
- Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Structured according to project scope
- Subject to strict technical safeguards
- Priced separately from standard royalty-free licenses
